Preparation for Question 1 on Protein and Cultural dishes Food Technology GCSE Exam

I am busy preparing resources for this years preliminary material for  GCSE food exam. I like to show my students an example of a ready prepared design idea so that they can then pick their own food culture to research and then they  produce their own revision materials. It is quite a broad topic this year ( High protein main meal products from a variety of cultures) so I am a bit apprehensive about getting it all covered in time. So hence all the preparation this Easter break.
